When did you become a trainer?
I became a trainer in 2007, after having my 2nd child. ( SFL group fitness / weight training)
Why should anyone join your class?
If you want to be part of a great community , get fit and have fun, this class is for you.
What do your classes look like?
Classes vary day by day. No two workouts are ever the same. All fitness levels will be accommodated.
What should people bring?
You will need a yoga mat and weights. 5 lbs + for women 8 lbs + for men. Bring plenty of water and dress in layers.
Any other info?
Prepare to get addicted! I will go over the class outline on the first day. We will also take measurements. Feel free to alternate days and times! Children welcome to play in the enclosed park area next to us.
