When did you become a trainer?
I have been teaching fitness for over 12 years. I recently decided to start teaching bootcamp in Port Coquitlam because I love being outdoors! I am a BCRPA Group Fitness Instructor , Personal Trainer and a mom of 2.
Why should anyone join your class?
You should join my class because I care about my client’s success. I make it fun and offer modifications for all fitness levels. Our bodies were made to move and I make the workout enjoyable!
What do your classes look like?
I am very efficient in my training style meaning I work with a fitness formula
that uses Tabata with cardio and weight combos and short recovery periods. Your heart rate and engagement stays up and the hour whizzes by. I have clients burn 600-1000 calories in my classes with these techniques. Each day will have a different focus.
What should people bring?
Please bring weights (5 lbs +), a yoga mat, and water. Classes run Monday Thursday evenings at 7 pm. I hope to add more times as numbers increase.
