What kind of trainer are you?
I don’t like mundane and I don’t want you to be mundane. Expect a great variety of workouts and never get bored.
When did you become a trainer?
I became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2019. I came to know about Survivor Fitness Bootcamp back in December 2016 from several women from the Vancouver Sun Run clinic in New Westminster. Seeing their transformations, motivated me to sign-up for their 6-week weight-loss challenge. And the rest is just history.
Why should anyone join your class?
If you like variety with your workouts and love the outdoors, then this is the best class for you. Any fitness level can join.
What do your classes look like?
A mix of HIIT, strength training, balance and plyometric workouts. We’ll also go for runs in the city/park once every alternate week.
What should people bring?
Bring Yoga Mat, Towel, Dumbells and Water. Dress in layers.
