What kind of a trainer are you?
Energetic, and experienced. You will have a great workout and fun at the same time.
When did you become a trainer?
I have been a personal trainer since 2004. I have over 15,000 hours of one on one training experience and am now also a trainer of fitness leaders.
Why should anyone join your class?
Classes will be challenging for all fitness levels and will increase in difficulty as the weeks progress. If you want to see change to your body, come to this class as often as you can!
What do your classes look like?
Classes will vary dependent on the weather and the access to locations. It is not my intent to have everyone leave class soaking wet, but then we do live in Vancouver so be prepared for anything. Classes will vary in focus from resistance training, cardio training and even sport specific skill drills.
What should people bring?
You will need a yoga mat and weights. 5 lbs + for women 8 lbs + for men. Bring plenty of water and dress in layers. You may want gloves if you do not wish to touch the ground (grass or concrete) with your hands.
