What kind of a trainer are you?

Motivating, entertaining and I promise to deliver results!

When did you become a trainer?

I became a trainer in 2007, after having my 2nd child. ( SFL group fitness / weight training)

Why should anyone join your class?

If you want to be part of a great community , get fit and have fun, this class is for you.

What do your classes look like?

Classes vary day by day. No two workouts are ever the same. All fitness levels will be accommodated.

What should people bring?

You will need a yoga mat and weights. 5 lbs + for women 8 lbs + for men. Bring plenty of water and dress in layers.

Any other info?

Prepare to get addicted! I will go over the class outline on the first day. We will also take measurements. Feel free to alternate days and times! Classes run all year join in anytime. Children welcome to play in the enclosed park area next to us.

Classes run for 1 hour from 6:00am to 7:00am in the morning and again from 6:00pm to 7:00pm in the evening from Monday to Friday. East Vancouver also runs a Saturday class from 7:30am to 8:30am. Feel free to mix and match times to suit your schedule. Bootcamp runs all year join in anytime.

Classes start promptly so please try to arrive 5-10 minutes before class to set up your mat, weights and to get a quick warmup in before class begins.
