New Westminster Survivor Bootcamp – Indoor & Outdoor Fitness Classes


Survivor Bootcamp New West is an indoor & outdoor fitness company whose main goal is to help you get fit, reach your goals, improve your health and get you the results you want! Our bootcamps run all year, rain or shine! Join in anytime you like. Our classes are for anyone who wants to improve their quality of life and get results. Age and athletic ability do not matter. Our program is designed to be fun and challenging and to push you to YOUR next level.

On the first day of bootcamp, your trainer will go over the class format. Fitness levels will vary, don’t worry if you are unfit or even super fit, we will accommodate everyone! Classes vary day by day and we try to change it up as much as we can. We are taking precautions at this time with extra hand sanitizer and cleaning practices in place. We have been teaching bootcamps since 2003 and pride ourselves in being knowledgeable in the industry. After all, we did win the ‘best bootcamp’ award 12 years in a row!

What do you need to bring to class?

WEIGHTS – 5 lbs+ for women and 8 lbs+ for men is a good starting point for most.

WATER – If you’re not hydrated, your body can’t perform at its highest level.

YOGA MAT – The thicker, the better! A little cushion helps provide extra insulation during the colder months.

FOOTWEAR – We recommend a cross-training or running shoe with good “shocks.”

WORKOUT CLOTHES – Our bootcamps run every 4 weeks all year, rain or shine, so dress appropriately.

This is the best fitness regime I have ever done. Been going for 5 years and will never stop. Our trainer Mike motivates, pushes us, makes us laugh and feel positive about our efforts. He really knows his stuff.There are a variety of times to go but I love the 5 am slot because you can have a kickass workout done before the work day begins.Mike has created a strong "community" of followers over the years and I can honestly say that going to fitness each morning is the best way to start a day.

This place is amazing! Not only does it bring incredible strength gains, it brings friendships and community. Mikes training is top notch and his energy helps when we have to dig deep and push past our limitations. We explore failure and push past it, building strength and pride. Highly recommend!!

Survivor Boot Camp New Westminster is awesome! Our trainer Mike runs the best classes. He makes it fun and enjoyable while pushing us hard and giving us an excellent workout! He is motivating and it is a great place to workout for all fitness levels. I have been attending since the spring of this year and am thrilled with how good I feel!
