What kind of trainer are you?
I’m a ‘hybrid’ trainer. Holding multiple certifications across a range of modalities. I’m fun, energetic, motivating and supportive.
When did you become certified?
I’ve been certified since 2016 as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and a certified Health Coach, specializing in comprehensive weight management programs. I hold a fitness nutrition specialist designation, TRX qualified, ‘STRONG’ by Zumba instructor and have continuing education in Pre-natal fitness instruction.
Why should people join your class?
You should join if you’ve decided to take control of your health and fitness, but want a fun and motivating environment to do it in. Any and all fitness levels are welcome and will be accommodated.
What do your classes look like?
My class looks like a group of determined, focused participants getting fit and having fun.
What should people bring to the class?
Bring a yoga or workout mat, a set of dumb bells. 5+ lbs for women, 8+ lbs for men, water, a towel, gloves if you like. Dress in layers. Most importantly, bring a determination and resolve to succeed.
