I have an extensive athletic background as a competitive athlete and coach , as well as martial arts
When did you become a trainer?
I was involved with Survivor Bootcamp as a participant in 2007, finding the classes very exciting and motivating. I gained my certification credential’s and began training soon after.
Why should anyone join your class?
My classes are fun and challenging. Each day is different and no workout is the same. At this time we are taking precautionary cleaning measures.
What do your classes look like?
I believe a well-tailored nutrition and exercise regimen are the key ingredients of a healthy lifestyle. I will keep you accountable to both!
What should people bring?
Please bring a set of weights (5lbs+), a mat and water.

There is free parking in our parking lot. Kindly wait in your car until I allow you inside, the neighbors are sleeping in the morning. By meeting and exceeding each clients goals, I gain satisfaction in knowing they are well equipped to live a healthy, enjoyable lifestyle.
